We will not sell, rent or pass your personal information on to others for marketing purposes without your express consent.
If La.Pal has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum you paid will be refuned. The refund will be made as soon as possible. La.Pal will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted. Delivery normally takes about 10 days for USA, European countries and 2-3weeks for Asian countries and others. The delivery times vary depending on availability, normal processing and delivery companies. This is an indicator (not a guarantee) on how long it will take us to ship your order.
Please contact us first for the directions for returning items within 25 days of despatch of the goods. Post the goods you want to return to the address on the direction message together with your details, including reasons for the return and any fault details where appropriate within 45 days of despatch of the goods. Any the payment by you for the goods in question will be refunded. La.Pal will not refund delivery costs and the postage costs. If you are returning an item because of defects, and you notify the problem to La.Pal by e-mail within 30 days of despatch of the goods, we will refund your postage costs. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items so we therefore recommend a recorded-delivery service especially for high value packages.
La.Pal does not charge any customs duties on International shipments. If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of La.Pal. While we do not expect that there will be any additional charges attached to your order, we recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes,duties that may be applicable to your on line order. La.Pal cannot be held responsible for International taxes or levies charged for your order.
This is as follows..
a. If the goods La.Pal delivers are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, La.Pal shall have no liability to you unless you notify La.Pal by email to the LazySpaceArt of the problem within 30 days of the despatch of the goods.
b. If and you are returning an item, and you did not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which they were despatched to you, La.Pal shall have no liability to you unless you notify La.Pal by email of the problem within 40 days of the date on which the goods were despatched to you.
c. If you notify a problem to La.Pal under this condition, La.Pals only obligation will be, at its option: to make good any shortage; to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way La.Pal chooses.
d. La.Pal will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem you notify to La.Pal under this condition and La.Pal shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under paragraph c above.
La.Pal shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
